The description says light weight, and I think it should be re-worded to “cheaply made.” We have a few fleece throws and I thought these would be a good purchase for extra blankets for guests, but they are a little warmer than giving someone a sheet to cover up with. It cannot keep me warm at all without piling two more blankets on. The texture is definitely soft and cozy, but if you’re looking for warmth, look elsewhere. Target over the past few years has missed the mark severely on the quality of their items. I regret this purchase.

I wish I’d read the reviews, this blanket is pilling and shedding everywhere, it’s awful.

Zero if I could. First wash and balled up fuzz everywhere completely unusable.

This blanket is very soft, but fairly thin. And it pills like crazy after every wash. I have washed and dried it several times and it just keeps pilling and making a huge mess all over my couch and our clothes when we try to snuggle up with it during tv time. I think I'm going to have to throw it away because it's just unusable.

Pilling so bad after first wash. Tried to wash again, no better and started falling apart. Hadn't even been used yet. Should have red reviews, not just looked at the stars.

A little thinner than I expected

It is a nice soft blanket, but a bit thinner than I expected. If you are looking for a fuzzy blanket that isn't heavy at all, then this is the one for you.

This is very lightweight for fuzzy blanket but it's perfect for my child who sleeps hot. It holds just enough heat to keep her comfortably warm in the winter yime

Nice and soft, substantial and a really beautiful color. Excellent price on clearance. Washed well.

This blanket is soft and warm without being heavy

This navy blue blanket sheds like crazy. We now have blue fuzzies all over our bed, pajamas, nightstands, fuzzy socks and anything else that has ever come in contact with our bed. Fuzzies on our couch and other odd areas because somehow they traveled. I have washed and dried this blanket every 1-2 weeks for 6 months now, and still…blue fuzzies everywhere. The blanket is covered in blue fuzzies coming off, if I try hand pulling them out more and more come. It’s never ending. I regret this purchase so much. Is the blanket a beautiful color? Yes. Is it soft and comfy? Yes. But is it worth blue fuzzies that shed worse than a golden retriever? Absolutely not. I am tossing these blankets, our sheets and other items where it is simply impossible to remove all blue fuzzies from. Hopefully we will soon be fuzzy free…

Cute but so much lint and fuzz all over everything! I've washed it and it continues!

Non stop pulling and shedding. It never stops coming apart in hundreds of little fuzzy pieces. Do not buy unless you want to lint roll every thing this blanket touches. It’s endless!

Was it soft? YES! Unfortunately, it sheds like crazy after two washes and completely destroyed all of my bedding by spreading little blue pieces everywhere. I’m not sure what the issue is, it seems like every blanket I buy from Target lately does this.

It pills. This is awful. Bring back the way these used to be made.

Washed twice and it's still pilling! I got the blue blanket it is very soft but I could make another blanket with all the dryer lint and blanket balls still attached. I guess you get what you pay for!

Blanket leaves so much fuzz

I bought one of these a year and a half ago and it pilled and shed everywhere endlessly. I finally used it for stuffing in a dog bed. Then amazingly made the mistake of buying another from the same brand (every other thing I have bought by Room Essentials has been great except this), Same problem, this time I will try to return.

Horrible. NEVER stops shedding. It’s not a little bit of shedding either, it’s very fine pieces that get on EVERYTHING. BEWARE.
