Poor quality
Right after I got it I would have given this kettle a glowing review -- lovely color, very cheerful, looked gorgeous in my kitchen. Handle got rather hot and I needed to handle it carefully but nothing's perfect. I've had this kettle less than a year and the rubber stopper that is meant to come down and make the kettle whistle melted and warped last night to the point where it simply fell off. There is also some discoloration on the kettle itself. Caveat: I do set the stove to high heat when heating to make tea fast -- it may do better at lower temperatures, but I was disappointed that this simply couldn't stand up to use.

Don't waste your money
Thin and poor quality. Edges of kettle discolored after first few uses. After less than a year, the interior is starting to rust.
