Thank you for reaching out! The Twinkle Star 2-Pack Christmas Fairy Lights, 66FT 200 LED Multicolor String Lights with Remote & Timer are USB-powered, not battery-operated. Each pack includes two 33 ft strings with 100 LEDs each (total 66 ft, 200 LEDs). They feature multicolor lighting, 8 modes, and a remote with timer and brightness controls — perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
I'm using these with some battery candles in my fireplace for ambiance. LOVE the look. Light come with a remote. Can be plugged into outlet with adapter or into a device with USB. There is a choice of 7 blinking patterns and one non-blinking on the remote. The button on the USB also changes the light modes. Instructions are limited. Either the timer for auto on/off doesn't work or I can't figure it out. Fortunately the remote is an easy on/off. I actually leave them on most nights for a nice night light in the room. The string is easy to tangle. Not a problem for me since I wanted them bunched together. I'm very happy with these fairy lights and would purchase again. 4 stars because of lack of instructions or possible non-functioning timer.

gets tangled super easily
the remote control works great and i love the modes, you can also dim the lights. they get tangled super easily tho so beware. it took me 3 hours to unravel and untangle. but i feel like it's super worth it because they work great
