Nice taste

Servings sizes are good and they were easy to cook, the only down side for me is I thought they’re a little too chunky and it makes it hard to make sure you’re cooking throughly. Also I wish I came with some sauce or extra chimichurri on the side because they dry up when cooked.

Delicious pork medallions

The portion is great for a family and for the price, it’s a steal! I enjoyed consuming them for dinner with my family. Definitely recommend!

I am not a huge pork person but the pork is super tender, and the chimichurri sauce adds a nice, zesty kick without being too overpowering. You can pair it with pretty much anything, I paired it with a cilantro rice with black beans and it was a win in my household. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want something you can cook quickly that makes an amazing meal and you don't need to take a lot of time? This is it. 100%. Absolutely amazing and the flavor was great. I took the medallions out and let them rest at room temperature for a little bit before I cooked them. I just pan fried them in a little bit of smoked olive oil and then let them rest for a while because you don't ever want to overcook pork! It was phenomenal. Nobody would believe they only took less than 20 minutes to prepare! Throw together a bag salad and steamed rice or potatoes? You have a meal in under 30 minutes!

Not bad, not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pork medallions were just okay for us. The packaging is convenient to open and be able to throw away, the cooking instructions were clear and easy, and there were plenty of servings to go around. One thing we didn’t really love was the flavor and the texture of the pork, and overall, we wouldn’t purchase these again.
