[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is an all-around fantastic case that’s very durable, has a sleek and strong look, and has all the components I need for all around efficiency and protection of my case. However, every time I open and close it, I feel a wave of frustration that it only has one zipper, as it is takes twice as long find the zipper and to open and close the case. Especially considering how this case costs almost as much as a good quality suitcase (which would have 2 zippers of course), it feels remiss that this great case lacks such an important component.

The handle for me makes all the difference. Fun grippy feel. Works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I checked the manufacturers specs for size and the UAG case should have fit my Alienware X15 R2 laptop. It didn't, by a millimeter or so, but it didn't fit. Specs would have me believe it would easily fit. Had to return it. UAG doesn't pay for return shipping or RMA support. I have to return it and then they will give me a refund for the purchase price but shipping is on me. Too bad for me I suppose. It's a great case and would have been exactly what I wanted if the sizing was correct.

I’ve not heard of this brand before. I encountered it by a long internet search for a durable, sleek laptop case with a handle. This turned out to be what I was looking for. I can tell that it’ll keep my Microsoft surface pro laptop well protected. There’s one pocket to place documents or a small device and some plastic pieces to hold down the edges of your laptop. I like the plastic edges but unsure how those will hold up longterm. There is padding inside plus the case is rigid plastic. It seems like it’ll be easy to wipe off if the red color becomes dirty. I loved the red color option as most durable laptop cases come in drab colors like black, dark grey or navy blue. The only downside is I wish there was a bit more space to include my laptop charger. It’s just enough space for my laptop only and maybe my kindle too. Shipping was prompt. I didn’t have a valid tracking number provided in a shipment notification email. I emailed UAG customer support and received a prompt reply with the proper tracking number.

My grandson loves his new cover. Fits perfect and likes the fact that is red which makes it easy to spot.

It seems like it will definitely protect my laptop. It's a little heavier than I thought it would be but I think it will do the job and last a long time.

I can't close the case if I have the screen in the corner pockets. I said something about it before, but nothing was ever done.

It turned out to be far too big for a MacBook Pro 15”. Plus, the upper broke after a few weeks of mild use. Very poorly designed product with lousy quality.

Perfect! Tough, slim and good exterior and interior. What more could I want?

Solid case, majorly impressed with quality of case. Will buy more UAG gear from now on
