Comparable to leading brands

They are 0g of sugar, 0 calories and even have 6 essential electrolytes!! They are also gluten free and plant free so very good for allergy friendly! I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking to get some electrolytes in their diet!😊

Pretty fruit forward

As a currently pregnant mama, sometimes I fall behind on staying hydrated so having a drink like this everyday can really help out. The flavors were very tasty. They mixed well into water and didn’t get clumpy on me like some different mixes do. The single serve packaging made for a quick, mess free process of grabbing my drink on the go. I’ll definitely add these into my rotation of electrolyte drinks!

I use them before workouts or when it’s super hot out, and they really help with hydration. Raspberry and lemonade are my go-tos!
