Description

This superior triple-weave blackout curtain combines elegance and performance, integrating black threads with colored yarns to block light while insulating against heat and cold, creating a warm, casual, and polished look in any space. Perfect for any standard window, this single 56" wide panel features a generous 4" top rod pocket with back tabs, 1" side hems, and an extra-deep 5" bottom hem. The rod pocket with back tab design allows for easy opening and closing, or for a decorative pleated effect, you can thread the curtain rod through the back tabs. Available in lengths of 63", 72", 84", and 96" and offered in 6 bold colors, this panel is machine washable and tumble dry safe, with steaming or ironing recommended for the best presentation. Independently U.S. laboratory tested, this curtain is 99.8% effective at blocking out light, making it ideal for movie marathons or lazy Sunday sleep-ins.     Just what I was looking for

    It has been difficult to find curtains in this length that are also black outs. These were the right size, they block out the sun in the morning, and were easy to install. Just right!

    No Wands

    Although the drapes were exceptional all buyers need to be aware that they do NOT include wands. Even though the website & your invoice says “with wands”. The owner is aware of this discrepancy and indicates they are trying to correct the issue.

    ACTUAL BLACKOUT!

    Got the navy blue ones. I work nights and need full blackout to sleep during the day. These are 100% blackout! (I tried multiple brands that were listed blackout and only these blocked 100% without the use of blinds.) We ended up going with the pocket style ones instead of grommet syle. Love the look of grommets, but creates larger area for light to shine above and below the curtain. Wish these came in larger width as our new window would look better with more curtain width to bunch up / more ruffles. Thick good quality curtains.

    Luxe AND Blocks ALL Light!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ricardo Ultimate Black-Out-2-Way Pocket Double-Wide panel through Influenster. It is incredible!! First off, it’s an indulgent heavy weight and completely blocked bright light. I even tested the panel against my flower grow lights—they are blinding. I wanted to see if the curtain could block the brightest of light. I was slightly skeptical, but was proven wrong and all light was blocked! The fabric has a light sheen that I didn’t love right out of the packaging, but once up, the panel looked very clean and crisp. The stitching is well done and looks better made. It was a genius move to make it one large panel, instead of 2, so that all light is blocked without a chance of light breaking through.

Over the window, light is eliminated and street lights coming through the blinds ceases being an issue. With the thick layers (this panel is very sleek and not bulky), it’s probable that these will help the cold not be as much of an issue this winter.

    Total Blackout loves these!

These curtains have kept out every little bit of light allowing me to sleep in. The feel and craftsmanship of these curtains is also really amazing. I'm planning on buying more of these for my other windows.
