My kids love it. It’s a little spicy. I don’t taste mushroom. It just tastes amazing iiinggggg.

In my opinion the aroma & flavoring of this seasoning is exactly like the (McCormick Perfect Pintch Steak Seasoning) to the T.

WHYYYY would you change something that wasn’t broken?! The old recipe was perfection and we all used it all the time. This new one is awful. Please, PLEASE change it back.

Only buy this if you love the taste of tumeric. The previous recipe was delicious and I put it on everything. This is being returned because it just tastes like salty slightly spicy tumeric. No thanks.

This is so good, but so strong. make sure you season light! I love mushrooms but I learned my lesson very quick.

This used to be the best spice mix before they changed the recipe 5 times in a row. This isn’t even mushroom seasoning anymore, this is just garlic salt with some extra stuff thrown in.

I’m giving this 3 stars only because it changed, I used to love this but recently the bottles have been YELLOW POWDER and I know it’s not listed in the ingredients but it has turmeric in it !!!! I can’t believe it’s not listed in the ingredients! Smell it and tell me it’s not turmeric in that, also it stains like turmeric. The new one tastes like mustard powder. If you get this make sure it’s a light brown color and not a dark yellow brown. Everyone contact target and tell them to list their full ingredients or to bring back the original.

Quality control might be lacking. It is sometimes absolutely delicious and other times it's just okay. I've figured out that if it's a yellow-y color, the mixture is off and it just tastes like mustard powder. Look for it to be brown and it'll be nice and tasty. I use it on eggs, in soups, casseroles, sauces... It really gives that missing flavor that you just can't name. No need to add salt if using this.

This is delicious. I tried it because my son wasn't a fan of the texture of mushrooms. I use this in soups, stews, beef au jus, and marinara. It makes everything taste richer. We have gone through three bottles already.

This seasoning is so versatile, it can be used on just about everything. We use it all the time in our household.

Just tastes salty. There’s really not much else.

I started with adding it to ground beef when making burgers, and it was excellent. Then sprinkled on some riced cauliflower, then some soups, chicken and mixed veg. It just adds an extra little something to things that might otherwise be kind of bland. I will definitely buy again.
