About the Author

Jon Garate, a name with Basque origins that's not easily pronounced by English speakers, akin to "Karate" but with a hard G. His liberty journey transcends generations, from frontier liberty to the present-day bureaucratic-corporate version, which he sees as a deceptive shadow of the original American Dream. Growing up in a secluded homestead community on the American Frontier, devoid of government intrusion, he experienced a unique upbringing governed by customary law, rooted in peace and tradition.
