Une Femme The Betty is a California sparkling brut and a sip of pure California sunshine. Awarded a Double Gold medal at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, this fresh, elegant, dry sparkling white wine is perfect for toasting to your new job, your best friend's wedding, or Wednesday night's "book club" (a.k.a. wine club). Made with 100% classic champagne grape varietals, its aroma delivers notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom and Meyer lemon peel. In the glass you'll find beautiful acidity, flavors of crisp Asian pear and white peach, and a soft and delicate finish. This versatile sparkler is delightful sipped on its own but also pairs beautifully with brunch favorites like eggs benedict, a vegetable frittata, or chicken with waffles.

My new "go to" bubbles!
I love dry, fresh, elegant champagnes, and this was just as good as my favorite champagne for half the price! All my dinner guests raved about it and loved it even more when I told them it’s made by women and gives back to charity.

Great!!!!
Went to my bookclub meeting today.. The host served this. It was a first time for us. We really enjoyed it. Great flavor, taste and sparkling. I am going to a dinner party this week and will bring them a bottle of this. Will try the Rose' next.

Beautiful Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Betty is crisp, delicate, sweet and yummy. We opened the bottle over brunch to celebrate my new job. It hints of pears, white peaches and citrus pairs perfectly with the sweetness of crepes and omelets. I was impressed that it wasn't too sweet for me. It's also just the right amount of bubbly! Five stars, 10/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, the packaging this bottle came in was SO cute! The Brut itself was also delicious. It was so smooth, with just the right amount of bubbles. I tried it with a splash of orange juice and it was great, but it really stood out drinking it on it's own! It's really light and refreshing, not bitter at all, but not too sweet. For the price point, it's a fantastic bottle to try!

Great flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be one of my new favorites! Fist the bottle looks elegant for any occasion. The taste and flavor has notes of toasty yet fruitiness but it’s not overpoweringly sweet for the ones that don’t like it. Just like everyone has mentioned; this reminds me of champagne but still very different. So this bottle is actually perfect for everyone and so far has been great to drink with food or just for specific occasions because of how elegant yet tasteful this is.

Effervescent and dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start by saying that I love this company and the mission behind this product. The Betty is a beautiful warm yellow color with a floral citrus nose. It smells light and crisp and on the first sip it is delightfully refreshing. However, the dryness cuts the tail short and it has an abrupt finish. I would have preferred a bit fuller tail to round out the nice crisp beginning. That being said, it is easy to drink and pairs well with any cheese. I am excited to try the other flavors!
