Air compressor pressure valves reduce overpressure or vacuum in the system; when the pressure in the air compressor tank exceeds a preset level, the valve opens to allow fluid or gas to escape to reduce the pressure; when the pressure drops below the preset level, the valve opens to allow fluid or gas to be released into the system and then closes when the valve reaches the reset pressure limit.
