This is a perfect replacement for a cosmetically damaged key. Mine is for a 2019 Sierra 1500. Just moved the internals from the damaged shell to this nearly identical replacement. I say "nearly" because it is missing the GMC logo on the back. I just reused my old back since it was the rubber front part that disintegrated from the original.
