We purchased this rug for our new patio sun room, and we’re really happy with it! The quality is even better than we expected — definitely a pleasant surprise. Very happy with this rug! Only complaint is that it still isn't quite flat after multiple weeks, however it's not so bad that we have gone out of our way to fix it yet either. The rug adds some color but is still neutral and matches with everything. Without a rug pad, it's on the thinner side but not as thin as some other rugs we have purchased. With a rug pad it is perfect and helps our dog navigate the hardwood floors.

We like the rugs we just ordered but we are having difficulty getting the edges and corners to lay flat. We cannot use rug tape because we have the luxury vinyl floors and the rug tape is not good for these floors.

I have had similar issues to other reviews. This rug does not lay flat no matter what and also feels and looks cheap. The color is much lighter in person and not as blue as the picture. I will attempt to ask for a refund, but not expecting much luck based on another review. Instead, I will prbobaly just not buy from Rugs.com again.
