The rug color said 'gray' under product description. When looking at the picture & reading the product description, I was expecting it to have different variations of gray in the rug pattern. Instead, depending on where I stand and the lighting, the rug has lots of silver & bright white tones in it, which is not what I expected or wanted. I'm returning it, unfortunately.

I loved how this rug looked online. Unfortunately when it arrived and I rolled it out, there were countless pieces of yarn longer than the pile height sticking out. If it had been just a few, I would have cut them off. So I returned this carpet simply because it appeared defective. Perhaps I just had some bad luck and if I had reordered for a replacement, I would have been happy with the carpet. I just didn’t want to take the chance. Aside from that, I loved the colors of the carpet and its soft texture.

Colors as depicted. Nice quality. Have been unable to set the rug as we had a ceiling leak the day after it arrived so waiting for repairs to be complete. It's going to brighten up our room and co-ordinate well with sofa and our new chairs.

Great rug, looks good, comfortable, not much off gassing when I unwrapped it. Showed up quick. Only downside is that it's fairly thin for a rug this big. Not a problem, but a bit more umpfh would have been nice.

Bought this rug AFTER carefully reading the details and seeing that the pile height was 1/2”. This rug is no where near 1/2” - so thin! And priced as if it were a much higher quality and pile height.

This rug is so soft! It was damaged when shipped so they sent a replacement immediately and were phenomenal to work with! I did think it had blue in it because of the pictures, but there is no blue at all.

This is such a beautiful rug and so soft. It is a little mutter in color than what I was expecting. I had it open for about a week now and it is almost flat and most of the wrinkles have disappeared.

This rug has two looks depending on which side of it you are standing. The darker navy and beige is what I was after but from the other side, it is more white and royal blue. It is good quality, came quickly, and was easy to lay out.

Love how the rug works with different colors. It does change color depending on light, vacuum direction, and angle being viewed. The only negative is trying to get all of the bumps out. Hoping time will help gravity. Tried rolling in different directions, books to weigh it down, steam and hair dryer. Using the 8x10 in the living room area and 9x12 in the dinning room area

These rugs are magical, when we first opened the rugs up they looked more cream/silvery colored then when we looked from a different direction they were darker. So you are getting multiple rugs in one rug. Very neutral rug, if we change furniture in the future we will be able to match with anything. The print is muted so, not to be overpowering.

I love this rug. It is very heavy and good quality. At first I thought it was too muted for the room but it's laying on a dark hardwood floor with white/gray dining room furniture and looks fantastic. I'm very pleased with the rug and the service from Rugs.com. Will be ordering again soon!
