Unique Loom Outdoor Border Greek Key Area Rug

We purchased two rugs of this type from you several years ago for use on our deck. The rug we purchased recently was a replacement for one that been chewed up by critters. This new rug matched the old rug perfectly. The old rug had not faded.

I bought this rug approximately six weeks ago and was initially loving how it looked in my living room! Before purchasing, I used the "view in my room" feature to simulate the rug in my living room. Upon arrival, it was gorgeous as planned. However, I recently started to notice that some of the fiber columns were being pulled out of place and unraveling from the edge seem, making the rug look unfinished, frayed, and lumpy. My room is not high-traffic, but I have a coffee table with wheels/casters. I have already noticed six areas where the rug fibers have started to pull. I first noticed three columns with pulls along the edges. I used my crochet needle to get the fibers back into the appropriate place, but I wasn't able to seal the fibers in place and tie them back into the edge band, so the pulls happened again. Later, I noticed three additional areas (on the opposite corner of the rug) where rug fibers were pulling, creating more lumps in the rug. The rug is beautiful, and I really wanted to love it, but the fibers are not woven tightly enough to prevent the rug pulls from happening. This makes me sad because the color and texture are beautiful and really worked with the "nature" theme that I was trying to achieve. Unfortunately, the trays and lumps make me cringe... so I had to replace it. I'm going to contact customer service to see if anything can be done about this.
