Unique Vintage Women's Wide Leg Rochelle Suspender Pants

Unfortunately the sizing is off and it’s way too small. The material is pretty cheap for the price. It’s over $20 to get an exchange so now I just have to wear it with a cardigan so you can’t see that I can’t fully zip it on the back.

Unfortunately I trusted the reviews saying it runs big and I was between sizes so got the smaller one. The pants run LONG but otherwise the sizing is correct so the ones I got are slightly too small. They’re so gorgeous though (and they didn’t have the size up anyway) that I’m keeping them and just going to have to deal with the super tight bodice section that I can only JUST zip up. Fabric a little thinner than anticipated for the price but still lovely.

I order and returned these due to sizing issues (order L/10-12 according to size chart). Reordered (M/6-8) and they fit perfectly. The only thing is they are too long for flats, so will probably have to alter them, but aside from that, they look great. Very flattering and the pockets are deep enough, so not for pure esthetics. Would definitely buy again and in other colours if available.

I bought these pants to add them as one of the basic items in my vintage wardrobe as well as to use them for my West Coast Swing events. My main problem was that my waist measurements put me in M while my hips put me in XL. So when I buy skirts or dresses, I usually go for M/6-8. This time I decided to size up to make sure my butt fits. =) It was a great decision. Yes, the pants are a little wide in the waist, but that's ok. I'd rather take them in than worry about tearing them. One of the issues mentioned in other reviews is that the suspenders are too short and the pants get shoved up your crack. For me, the suspenders are rather long but if I shorten them, the pants ride up. Idk if that's the pants issue or me - I have a long torso and hight waist and the same problem with another pair of pants I bought from Unique Vintage. Also, I'm 5'8 and the pants are long-long. They brush the floor even with my platform heeled shoes on. Gonna trim them. Finally, another issue mentioned - cheap static material. Yes, it's synthetic but for me, it feels nice. Heavy enough to give that flowy feeling. The pant legs are wide not to stick to the legs. So I personally have no complaints. Taking one star off for the sizing :D

The cut and fit of these are lovely. The fabric is a bit light for slacks, so definitely will not wear these until summer and even then, I will probably need tap pants under them, which is disappointing. They’re cut quite long, but I’m glad for the opportunity to hem them to my preference. I miss good quality products. 4 stars for the cut and structure could have been 5 stars if the fabric were more wearable.

Cute style, fit is good, but it's a really cheap feeling, flimsy material that instantly becomes staticky upon touching anything. Returned.

These are incredibly long, and I don't consider myself to be short at 5'8". I intended these to be worn for work and I have to take them up to be able to without tripping all over them. The straps are a little short (as in, ride up too far giving you a wedgie short). I need to lengthen those just a bit. Other than the fit issues I have with them, they're very cute! Lightweight material.

they were well made, nice light flowy fabric, but just not flattering on my build.

These pants are so flattering. They hit the waist at the perfect spot!

I wanted to like these, but unfortunately on my body type they were very unflattering. The seams in the back made my bottom look larger and flat, while the front accentuated my mommy pooch. Probably for smaller frames than mine. I also had to let out the suspenders almost all the way to fit my height (68")

Love the length. Love the look. But the material feels extremely cheap and makes a *swoosh* noise as you walk. Dramatic? Yes. A little annoying? Yes.

These pants are super stylish, but the material is a little poor. The suspenders' buckles are also a little crooked, so you may need to sew them on your own to make sure they stay straight.

This pant is so adorable. It is a long fit, but at 5'11" this was just perfect for my build. I am long torso as well and it was perfect. Very Very flattering!

I got these in the summer for an outdoor wedding and they were so comfortable and breezy. I am a bit on the shorter side so I got them hemmed, but it seems like other reviewers found them a bit long as well. I also had the same issue with the straps so I hold them in place with a safety pin. I will likely need to get them altered to avoid any accidents.

I work at a middle school and I just got compliments all day on these from both students and teachers. The material is cool and comfy but my major complaint would be the straps. They kept falling ALL day. It's because the rectangular buckle that attaches to the pants itself doesn't stay oriented correctly. It kept turning vertically, twisting and then my straps would fall off. It'd be PERFECT if that were sorted, might have to make some modifications myself.

Loved these. I did have the get them hemmed as the sizing was a bit long in the length but fit well otherwise.
