Working full time, having kids, and squeezing a rest day in here and there it is hard to remember to take your creatine. When I am working out it is easy to remember to mix my creatine and drink it. However, I sometimes forget when I'm travelling or taking a rest day. Taking chewables with my morning vitamins makes it easier so I never miss a day.

Taste, eh, 3. 5 or 4 stars. Not the worst but there's kind of a funky after taste that gives me a weird feeling in my sinuses. Hard to explain! But overall it's definitely worth the ease and convenience.
