Q: Can the fabric portions of this chair be recovered? I'm wondering if the seat is screwed in from the underside and also, how is the back cushion attached? I want to use different fabric. Thx.

A: Hey LakesMom! - Thanks for your interest in this stylish accent chair. The seat back is attached to the seat base with 6 allen bolts and then attached to the frame with 5 wood screws. While it may be possible, we would not recommend removing the fabric for recovering. Hope this helps! - Patrick

The other choices are dark gray, which has a more solid color with light lines through it. The other color is listed as gray/oatmeal and the lighter color is more predominant. I love these chairs! I bought two for my living room. They look much more expensive than they are. One of the reasons I chose these over others is there are no spots in the wood where screw holes show. I’ve noticed many other chairs around the price have places on the frame where you can see screw holes, and even if they have those little pegs to cover it just makes them look cheap to me. The wooden part of this chair comes completely assembled. The fabric looks nice and they are relatively comfortable. I looked at dozens of chairs ranging from half the price of these up to triple the price and I am SO happy that I went with these.

I had to order this chair twice the first one came damaged, and was a pain to go through the return process as I had to return the actual chair. Once the new chair arrived it was completely worth it. It’s sturdy, cute, and so simple also required very little to put together.

needed a guest room chair. never assembled anything before myself, the first few steps of putting the seats together were very easy to do on my own. fabric on bottom of cushion ripped during assembly, won't be visible so I let it go. needed a hand with the last step of screwing the cushions onto the chair. seems reasonably sturdy, seat isn't the most plush but will do for a guest room. can't speak to longevity yet. overall a tad overpriced given low quality fabric so knocking off a star.

A big plus that they are already pre-assembled for the most part. The rest of the instructions are easy to follow and it took me about 15 minutes each chair. Cushions are firm and retain shape after sitting. Chair is study and the wood color is just I wanted with a cool grey tone blended with light brown (no orange!).

I like the look of this chair. It feels sturdy, cushions are a little stiff but they are still comfy. It was fast and easy to assemble. It helps to have a drill for the screws. I wish it had washable covers but we will see how that goes!

Bought 2 of these chairs back in July. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are firm but also comfortable. I like the height of the back. I also think the natural color of them is great. I have found that the firmness makes them good for keeping their shape even after someone has been sitting in them for awhile. Definitely needed 2 people to put them together and it was helpful to have a drill as well. Overall I’m very pleased with how they are holding up.

I love the profile of the chair. The print is neutral enough with some interest - a nice addition to solid colors in other furniture. These chairs aren’t super large- I like them in our guest room. Comfort is ok. They’re not very plush or comfortable enough to curl up with a good book but has enough cushion to sit for a bit. My only issue with them is that the frame looks like it’s cracking under the seat. They’ve been in our guest room so they don’t get much use at all. There were hairlike cracks upon arrival and now there’s an obvious crack where the wood pieces come together. We purchased two of them and it’s happening in both. Overall, I like the chairs but the quality is concerning.
