Before using this I was only pumping 1 ounce between both breasts, I hear about this product from a friend but was sceptical because I had tried everything to bring up my milk supply. I finally had enough of trying everything and nothing working I bit the bullet and went on to Amazon and purchased a box, well after the second packet I was pumping up to 5 to 6 ounces between both breast, mind you before starting this I was only producing an ounce between both breasts. I would highly recommend this product for mothers that are struggling with their milk supply or mothers that are wanting to up their supply. I give this product a 5 star, also the taste isn't that bad as long as you make sure it has all dissolved in the water.

Like the title says, the taste is not great, but it at least dissolves well and seems to be working! I just toss it back as fast as possible and chase it with water. Milk supply has definitely increased after about a week of use.

The taste was not good. It was too sweet and chalky taste left afterwards. I would recommend this to someone who is vegan. They would love the natural taste. I am more a fruity person this just didn't sit well on my stomach as a supplement

my baby was EBF but I wanted to have a stash in the freezer for an emergency. he was getting enough milk but I was never able to pump a lot. that was until I drank this drink. I was able to pump 8 ounces on both sides!!! my freezer was stocked in less than a few days.

I had really high hopes for this product as a breastfeeding mom. I liked that it was fenugreek-free since I didn't want to take anything that had it. I did not like the taste of this product. It had a tea flavor instead of a fruity flavor that I was expecting. I am not a huge fan of tea, so this isn't something that I will drink again.

The tea itself does not have a great flavor so I found myself just trying to chug it. It did however seem to give me an increase in my milk production because I did notice my boobs feeling like heavier

I drank just one and was able to pump way more than before. They work great for helping build up your milk supply. They taste great and haven't had any trouble keeping up lately. I was worried my supply wouldn't get better, but now I have no more worries at all.

I received a box of UpSpring Milkflow Fenugreek Free Breastfeeding Supplement Blackberry Lime Drink Mix, and I think it's pretty good. Let me just say, I really don't like the taste of fennel or anise, so I'm not that excited it contains those ingredients. I love the blackberry and lime flavors though. Overall, I can still taste the fennel and anise, but only a bit. It's tolerable, and the blackberry lime flavor is pleasant. I recommend it if you're looking for something without fenugreek.

I am a full time breastfeeding mom and sometimes need a push for extra milk if my LO is going through a growth spurt. This drink mix is perfect because I don't have to take fenugreek pills, I can just make a drink (which also tastes great) and it starts working right away! Very happy with this product and will be purchasing again!

I have always had issues during my pregnancies of dehydration and it happened alot. I would go so long without liquids I'd end up in the hospital. Until a friend told me about Upspring Milkflow. Now for my next little bundle I'll be prepared.

Love that this is Fenugreek free! The taste is not bad at all, a lot of drinks I tried in the past were unbearable to drink. I hope it helps with my supply but it's always hard to tell if it does. Overall great Product!

I'm currently pregnant and breastfeeding my 9 month old. I want to be sure that I'm making enough milk supply to support my infant, but drinking something that's safe while pregnant. It seems as though most milk support teas/drink have fenugreek as it's main ingredient, which is an herb you're not supposed have while pregnant. So I'm so glad that I found this product! It's fenugreek FREE, so I can rest easy knowing that I'm drinking something that's alright for both my babies and it tastes great!

I had previously tried a supplement with fenugreek and did not have a good reaction. I'm so glad to find one that doesn't have it! I've been nursing my baby for 11 months now and my supply is fairly regulated, but sometimes I need some extra help, like during growth spurts. This supplement has helped tremendously. I like that it's not overly sweet, or too overpowering. I usually have to add extra water to powder drink mixes, but not with this one. The flavor is okay. You can sometimes get an aftertaste of some of the herbs, but it's not bad. My baby hasn't had any adverse reactions, which I'm so glad about and I feel great that she doesn't get frustrated when she needs a little extra milk.

I received the blackberry lime milk flow breastfeeding drink a few weeks ago and it really helped my milk production. I still breastfeed my 1 1/2 year old son and my milk production wasn't that good but now it is.

This product tasted horrible. From the first sip to the last swallow, I gagged! It did do what it claimed to do. My milk was definitely increases but I just couldn't get past the taste. I would not buy again.
