Truthfully not the best tasting product and didn't see an increase in supply. I found drinking a smoothie with coconut water and brewers yeast much more effective.

Not sure how well it works because I couldn't finish it due to the taste. The packaging is nice and I think the ingredients are great, but I didn't enjoy the taste at all.

Milkflow energy drink mix taste is great and has safe ingredients which is a huge plus. Haven't taken it long but so far has been effective and will keep trying

Not to bad of a taste, the after taste is weird so I drank it pretty quick like a protein shake. It mixed up pretty easy without any chunks. It seemed to help my supply while I was using it

I tried this with almond milk and it tasted delicious; like chocolate milk with a bit of spice. I felt a little fuller taking it and I felt like the vitamins did help.

These were actually very delicious. They come in little pouches and I don't know if that's how they come if you buy it or if it comes in like something with a lid but they do work!

This product is great for breastfeeding moms, it has a normal flavor, chocolate is the best one of them, to me it didn't do a huge difference bc I have an okay supply but I give it to my friend and she love it and helped her a lot!!!

I was looking for a product that would increase my milk supply and not taste horrible! It increased my milk supply the first time I drank it. I was worried this would have a grittier texture but it doesn't it dissolves so well and tastes like flavored water. It has no side effects. Other supplements are over priced this one is great value! My supply is really low so I tried it again with milk and had a coffee on hand if I needed something to get rid of the taste but the coffee was not needed, the milk got rid of the fenugreek flavor and it tasted closer to chocolate milk. So my advice is don't mix it with water unless you love the taste of fenugreek (reminds me of a weird maple syrup flavor). Also I feel like it mixed very easy in the milk without much clumping. Definitely recommend!!

Taste wise this was fine, a little earthy but nothing that was hard to drink at all. Super easy to use. The ingredients were all thing I've been reading for awhile are great for milk supply. I can't honestly say if it helped or not. I only received a few pouches and I feel like I would have to drink it consistently for a few days to give an honest review on that. All in all though I do want to go pick up a box and do that because this would be such a convenient way to up my supply.

It mixes easily with water or milk, but i definitely prefer it with milk. If you don't like the taste, i recommend making a shake with banana, powder, and milk. Delicious! I don't like drinking energy drinks, so this is a great substitution.

This particular beverage was not my cup of tea. I'm sure if you enjoy creamy chocolate things it might be a good fit for you. I have enjoyed other flavors from this brand and seen results, this flavor just wasn't for me.

After testing these drinks I can say they're ok, not great but not bad. I think overall hydration is key when producing milk and drinking these drinks will help with that. Not a magic trick for production but it helps. The taste was fine!
