Great Build & Even Better Support
Really impressed with the solid construction of these chairs—the materials feel durable and the base pillows are nicely padded. While we had a small issue with delivery and a damaged chair, the support team was exceptional and resolved everything promptly. A trustworthy brand that stands behind their products!

Excellent Quality & Outstanding Customer Service
The chairs are very sturdy with high-quality materials and thick, comfortable cushions. Although the back pillows required a bit of initial adjustment, they're starting to shape nicely. We did experience minor delivery delays and one chair arrived damaged, but the customer service team responded quickly and replaced it right away. Their excellent support truly made things right—highly recommended!

Surprisingly Comfortable with Smooth Glide
These chairs are incredibly comfortable, and the rocker mechanism glides effortlessly—perfect for relaxing! While assembly required some patience, the end result was worth it. Though the back cushions needed a simple foam upgrade, they now look and feel perfect. A great value for such a cozy seating experience!
