UPTIOT Swivel Wicker Outdoor Lounge Chair (Set of 2) Beige

DO NOT PURCHASE - No customer service - and Target will not assist. This item arrived on Saturday and came with some cosmetic damage as well as other issues. But we went ahead and spent hours putting this together this weekend and just thought we would get in contact with Target customer service first thing on Monday morning. The two chairs took hours for something that should maybe have taken an hour to put together after unboxing. Not the case. There is metal blocking some of the screw holes, holes are very misaligned and it takes so much extra time to find a work around solution for the problems. But we got them put together. Called customer service and they tell us this was purchased through Target Plus and if we want to return we need to bring them in store for the return. I told C.S. that was not an option, these weigh 80lbs and are too large for us to move in our vehicle, and would require a rental to get them to the store (added expenses). I would gladly return if they would send shipping labels and boxes to return. They told me they could not do so, and aside from bringing them in store to return, there was nothing they could do. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company regarding this purchase.

My husband said this was the worst piece of furniture he’d ever assembled. The screw holes don’t line up and the wicker is poorly placed causing assembly issues. However, they are nice chairs once assembled! We weren’t able to get a few screws tight, but other than that after about 4 hours they are assembled and comfortable.

We absolutely love these chairs! The fact that they swivel and rock are the best! Highly recommend them!

Love everything about this furniture. Can’t wait to use it this summer.

Terrible design, confusing to put together. The holes for the screws don't line up and the screws strip out when trying to assemble. Got half way through and decided to return it and end the frustration. I'll find something else that isn't terribly designed with low quality parts.

These chairs are beautiful! Well made and I love that they swivel and rock. I would definitely recommend buying these!

After putting most of it together, the last part of the swivel hardware was not included, instead a regular chair set was. We looked first and all items were there but once we opened the bag, it didn't have all of the hardware in the package. Target isn't able to help as they are not one of the partners that they can reach out to. Option is to take it apart and try to ship it back or haul it to the store (if your car is big enough) to get a refund. Wouldn't recommend ordering since there isn't support.
