UrthPact PHA straws offer a sustainable alternative to plastic straws, crafted from canola oil-based PHA and certified for both home and commercial composting. These durable, natural white straws are made in the USA using Danimer Scientific's Nodax PHA, a plant-based biopolymer verified by the University of Georgia as an effective and sustainable alternative to traditional plastics. Nodax PHA is also certified home compostable by TUV's OK compost HOME, breaking down in approximately one year in home compost and three months in commercial compost. Suitable for refrigeration and freezing, these straws are ideal for quick-service restaurants, coffee shops, smoothie and juice bars, takeout and carryout, food trucks, schools, and hospitals.
