It is very well made & artistic looking. It is however quite large and heavy and needs an adequate table. The black texture has a very matte finish. It has a nice stylish shape & smooth working switch. Definitely a very unique look.

This lamp is gorgeous and exactly what I expected. Base is very dark blue and the texture is perfect. The gold is not cheap looking, more of a brown gold. Base is heavy but it makes you feel you got your money's worth. Great size for end table or larger dresser. Nice touch of felt pad under base so it doesn't scratch the wood. Online photo shows it perfectly. I would definitely recommend this lamp.

This is a beautiful, high-quality lamp. I made it a bit more modern by replacing the existing shade with a black drum shade.
