Q: Can I use additional parent units with my one original baby monitor. I would get another set so I can have parent units plugged in in 4 rooms all connected to one baby monitor.
A: Hi - The VTech TM8212 is not expandable. The baby monitor will only work with the devices it came with. You can setup 2 sets of the TM8212-2, but they will work independently. Thank you, -VTech Support

Q: Does this unit need to be hooked up to Wi-Fi to operate?

Q: If I order two sets, will they interfere with each other?

Q: why does the unit keep beeping?
A: Rich - The VTech TM8212 has a sound alert feature. When the feature is set to on, the parent unit alerts you with sound, especially when the baby unit detects loud sounds.
