It’s definitely a pillowcase as the above reviewer said - I love the colors and pattern. Looks great on my bed and better than buying a square patterned pillow for the same price.

This is not your usual "pillow sham," even though the description says pillow sham. It's a pillowcase -- a $25 pillowcase. I'm returning the whole set.
