Valvoline High Mileage with MaxLife Technology Motor Oil 5W-20

I use this oil all the time in my older cars and know that it provides the protection I need.

My 1983 Yugo has never ran so good until I started to use Valvoline products. This oil will give me many years of luxury travel.

I've used this oil for 25 yrs in my 75k mileage cars with no issues in any of my 15+ vehicles.

Valvoline High Mileage Synthetic Blend is a great oil for my older car that called for conventional oil when manufactured. It provides great longevity while accomplishing the other requirements (lubrication, cleaning, shock absorption) for a motor oil quite well. It is a very good value.

I do routine oil changes with only Valvoline MaxLife blend. My car does well on this oil. It's the only oil I will use.

I have older vehicles, my uncle is a mechanic and he recommended this brand high mileage

So this is somewhat of a story. Had an 01 Silverado. At 128k miles is when I bought and the first winter I had piston slap noise. Not knowing that thinking it was a rod knock, I took it to the dealership. They checked it out and swore it was this piston slap. Come to find it is common in the 5.3, 4.8, 6.0 due to no piston skirts. The mechanic swore Mobil 1 was the oil to use. Well I wasn't satisfied it almost seemed to be louder and go longer (it stops when warmed up usually). Well I experimented with a number of oils each oil change a new oil, always with a Purolator pure one filter.valvoline high mile max life was the first one to noticably quiet it down sooner. Been using ever since! Used in that Silverado for another 100k before trans went out. Used in my trail blazer for 20k before I sold it, used in my fusion I still have, only did one change though. And currently doing my first change to this oil in my 86 Vette. I usually substitute one quart with a Lucas additive but recently discovered that the STP additive actually helped mpg by a couple as well as quiet any engine noise so that is my recipe I'm sticking to. Great oil! Highly recommend, and I tell anyone who may ask what oil they should run or what I run. Keep it up guys, don't cheap out on us like most companies are doing these days, and I'll forever be a loyal valvoline user!

I am going back to changing my own oil and filter my self. The reason being that I can save money. I have always thought that valvoline oil is a great product. Both of my trucks are high mileage and I trust this oil.

I use Valvoline products regularly and have confidence in their quality and consistency. I would prefer that the 5 quart jug for motor oil had a handle on top and that the opening was completely cylindrical so that my large funnel was not impeded when I returned used oil to the jug.

Been using Valvoline for years. Great products. Never had any issues, keeps all my vehicles running worry free and clean. Wouldn't use any other brand.

Just replaced the oil pan gasket on a 2013 Silverado that has always used Valvoline and to my surprise did not see any sludge. Always recommend it to my Friends

I use Valvoline in all of my vehicles. I use High mileage 5w30 Syn blend on my 08 Sierra. This oil gives me a good four to five thousand miles between changes. Truck purrs like a kitten. Great oil for cold starts in the winter. I highly recommend.

Great oil at a great price! Wish you still also had Durablend Oil it was great also!
