Description
Daffodils (botanically called Narcissus) are long term perennials and make for great companions to not only other bulbs, but also annuals, perennials, and all sorts of shrubs. They soften hardscapes, accent most any garden, and are an inexpensive solution to adding color to your garden on nearly any budget. They are relatively pest free, and deer will not eat them. Daffodil classifications become quite technical, as they are divided into 13 divisions according to their flower shape and heritage by the American Daffodil Society. They do well throughout most of the U.S., as long as there is a discernible winter. Daffodils are ideal for large plantings and naturalizing, making them an exceptional value item and providing years of carefree color. A unique white and fragrant daffodil, Thalia is known for its season after season comeback power. This variety gets five stars (out of five) in our book. The Thalia variation has late mid-season blooming, is quite an heirloom, and a superb naturalizer that will add something unique to every garden. It usually produces 2-3 flowers per stem and is deer resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these flowers because I was having a real problem with deer and moose eating my flowers and my neighbor told deer won't eat daffodils so here we are. I love the light color of the flowers and can't wait to see them next spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Thalia daffodil bulbs arrived in perfect condition. I look forward to seeing them bloom in the springtime. Their bed is all ready for them to get tucked into. The bulbs are easy to plant, and their size is large enough that you won't lose them amongst the other flowers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bulbs give me something great to look forward to in the Spring when they bloom. When I opened the box I could tell right away that the bulbs were not damaged or wet. The breathable bag allows them to stay dry. Inside is a very detailed card outlining how and when to plant.
