loose teeth tighten up.
The vanadium is working perfect for my teeth which were loose and so far my dentist is amazed that they have tighten up in my gums. My bone test came back perfect an at 70 that is a good report.

I am seeing results after using it only a short time.
I was advised this would be good to help balance my sugar levels. I am a diabetic, of course. It appears so far that it is helping, as my sugar is checking about 20 points lower in the first reading in the morning. I have not been taking it long enough to report "earth shattering news."

Good for the Heart
I have been using vanadium and chromium for years and find it beneficial for heart contractility and rhythm. Source Naturals combines both elements at a good dosage that works good for me.

Misleading
I thought I was buying a Vanadium supplement with the capital letter on the bottle but it only has 1mg of vanadium! I guess I'll use it for the chromium.
