I bought this because my Olay cleanser was discontinued. This was recommended as gentle and good for sensitive/rosacea skin. I used it once and it felt like my skin was burning. I woke up the next morning and my skin was red, itchy, and covered in white bumps/pustules. I’ve never had such a strong reaction to any skin product.

Definitely not for my sensitive skin! I read many reviews on this brand and because it is recommended by dermatologist and people who have sensitive skin I thought I would try this. This stuff is the worst of the worst. Caused skin problems to flair up even worse.

I have dry to very dry skin and this cleanser made my face and hands feel much worse. I did not find it hydrating at all. I appreciated that it had no scent and came with a pump. I will stick with my Elta and Kiehls face washes.

Saw so many great reviews and thought I’d give this a try, but was disappointed. Face wash says gentle but it is NOT gentle enough for sensitive skin. My face is so dry to the point of seeing dry patches on my face with makeup on and it burns after using and moisturizing.

I have very sensitive, often dry, itchy skin. I'm also prone to acne. This face wash has improved my overall skin health. I have tried SO MANY face washes, from department store products, prescription products, organic products, and otc/generic products. This is my forever facewash. Doesn't make me oily, doesn't dry out my skin, and my face feels fresh all day. I use first thing in the morning and before bed (paired with Vanicream moisturizing cream). I am also very sensitive to scents, and this does not bother me at all.

Got the product and the tip of the pump is broken. I dont know if it happened in tje shipping or someone just picked it up without knowing but who knows

I finally found a cleanser that works for my face . I have oily and sensitive skin , so anything that touches my face causes me to break out . I started using this and my face feels so clean and no breakouts . Very gentle on the skin.

I wanted to love this. I do a lot of research before I introduce a product and then I carefully monitor for the affects of it. Pros: just the right level of cleansing (left me clean but not tight skin). Cons: literally everything else. I only used this ONCE and couldn't sleep due to the extreme itching. My mild rosacea is angry, and I had a mild cystic acne breakout (I've been acne free for years). My best guess is it's the Mica in the ingredients.

This cleanser is marketed as gentle but it seemed to make my skin super dry over the cheek area, and sometimes it burned. Limited the use of it over my cheeks, but my forehead had some tightness after using, even with regular moisturizing. Wouldn’t buy again.

This absolutely wrecked my moisture barrier making everything including water sting and burn. I don't understand how this can be considered gentle whatsoever.

I love it! I have oily acne prone skin and this does not irritate nor does it cause breakouts. It’s super gentle and affordable!

Wow! Who knew my previous cleanser was making me break out. I am very prone to acne but I noticed less clogged pores and my face smoother. I used to microdermabrasion to make my face feel less clogged and congested but this cleanser has helped so much. I also use it to remove my make up and it helps, I recommend!!

My go to cleanser never fails me and I love the price!

I have very sensitive skin and was having a problem with my face products. My allergist suggested I try the Vanicream line. There are no preservatives in their products and they work great. I currently use their whole line and no problems. The cost is much more reasonable than my past products as well!

I love the way this foams up! I was using La roche before it’s okay very gentle kinda felt like I was putting lotion on my face. But this one has a thicker luxurious feel to it!

I hoped this would be my forever facewash but this was very bad for my skin. I used this with the moisturizer and regrettably reversed all the hard work I put in trying to maintain my skin for the past few years. I'm incredibly upset about it. May work for some but not for me.
