This icecream is a delight. In the past my favorite was brewers vanilla bean. But they changed it adding more “fluff”, texture change, no longer hard, firm like ice cream should be (in my opinion.) favorite dat vanilla bean ice cream is my ultimate favorite ice cream. The texture is perfect and not puffy like whipped cream. It is solid and pure and tastes like old fashioned hand cranked out in the back yard ice cream! Love it

Nothing special, it's a little artificial tasting. Too rich but not in a good way, kind of like in the same way you can taste syrup in drinks after you give it up for a long time. Hope that helps. In my opinion, Beyer's is better than this or blue bell.
