Probably not directly.
The Vankyo Leisure 570D has a built-in smart TV interface with officially licensed Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video, but I could not find any indication that it includes the Spectrum TV app or an app store for adding arbitrary apps.
What you can do instead
The projector includes:
HDMI input
Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth
So you can use Spectrum TV by connecting:
A Roku (Spectrum app supported)
An Apple TV
A Fire TV Stick
A laptop running Spectrum TV
via HDMI.
Recommendation
If Spectrum TV is important, I'd assume the built-in software does not support it natively unless Vankyo specifically confirms otherwise. Plan on using a streaming stick. The good news is that a Roku or Fire TV plugged into the HDMI port should work just fine.

I bought the Vankyo Leisure 570D for quick movie nights and it’s been fantastic. The 1080p picture quality is really crisp, and the built-in apps (Netflix, YouTube, Prime) work smoothly without having to plug in a streaming stick right away. The best feature by far is the auto-focus and auto-keystone correction. You just set it down, turn it on, and it automatically squares up and sharpens the image...no tedious manual tweaking required. The sound from the built-in speakers is surprisingly decent for a small room, though connecting a Bluetooth speaker makes it even better for outdoor setups. Overall, super easy to set up, highly portable, and great value for the price. Definitely recommend if you want an easy home theater setup!

great portable projector
This projector has its limitations and I would not replace my TV with this. With that being said this is a solid little and I mean little projector. This is the type of projector you purchase so you can take it with you and easily setup and watch movies/play games on a white wall. I set this up in our driveway and projected it onto our garage door for the soccor games. While it wasn't the best looking you could still easy watch the game and read the scores. The people I setup up for thought it worked perfectly and really enjoyed the setup. I did try this out in my house on a solid white wall and it worked totally fine and everything looked pretty good. I do have another projector by Vankyo that is bigger and produces a better brighter picture. So the leisure 570D will not be replacing that one, but this one will work perfectly for travel as it can easly fit into a back pack. Setup was very straight forward. When you point this projector at the wall it does all the adjusment automatically so the screen looks good. You can also manually adjust the focus, keystone, etc but the auto setup does a good job. There are options for different picture settings like vivid, Hi-bright, etc, I ended up just using the custome and adjusting everything to my liking. This projector does include its own built in apps, but I just use my own HDMI device since I'm already logged into the apps I want to use. The built in speakers are actually great. They work well, can get very loud while still sounding good. Watching TV with them was enjoyable. I would still probably connect a bluetooth speaker just to get better sound, but I was pleasantly surprised that they worked as well as they do. Overall this is a pretty solid LITTLE projector. If you are trying to replace your TV with a projector this is not the one, but if you are looking for portable, easy to use, family friendly this is well worth it.

A true smart projector!
This projector is truly awesome! I found a really neat feature that will auto focus and auto rotate the projector video output. This has several integrated streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Plex, etc.) and was super easy to log in and watch my favorite shows on a "big screen". Plus, if it’s not preinstalled, there is an App Store that you can search and install a preferred app. There is a built in web browser app as well, but I haven't opened it up yet to check it out. The sound output is nice and clear as well considering how small the projector is. The built in wifi allows you to ensure your firmware is always up to date, and easily allows you to watch your favorite shows. You can choose your video source also, selecting between HDMI, USB, AV, or the pre installed apps.

Vankyo says it's bad, it must be bad.
It is difficult to manually focus. Vankyo requires that the flimsy plastic sheet remains in tact in order to honor their warranty. This must mean that they know they have used low quality materials and have added a part that is even more likely to come off in order to avoid honoring their commitments.

I purchased this projector 8 months ago and it stopped working. Apparently projectors have a shelf life and only last about 2,000 hours of watching. Then you have to buy a brand new one because Vankyo will not replace it. Beware!
