Disappointed

My son got this for Christmas as a gift from his grandma and was SO excited (big fire truck fan). However, it does not drive or go at all when you push any of the buttons, just makes sound. Also, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add the water to the thing so it can shoot the water. It's a bummer because it does seem mostly well made. But to have some of the key features not work is a total let down for my little man.

Fire truck toy

Super cool! I love that it can actually spray water and all the other cool things it does. Definitely worth buying. I bought it for my son’s birthday because his dad is a firefighter and he loves fire trucks. 10/10 definitely recommend!
