Crappy drawers

Came in the mail with bent and damaged drawers due to lack of protective packaging. Wasn’t able to get a discount because it’s a third party seller, was recommended to return a bed that was already put together. The seller is Not responsive for replacement parts either. Pretty unimpressed with it being damaged so easily and having a hard time contacting them for replacement parts.
