There is no known reason why it cannot be used on old/ fully healed tattoos. However, it is advised to conduct a patch test on a small area that includes part of the tattoo to show tolerance. For old/fully healed tattoos there is no known safety issue/contraindication, but Reckitt should not be held responsible if the tattoo is affected. A: Personally, I have used this product for about 4 years. Usually, I find it most effective when my skin is wet because you would want to clean the area with soap and water first.
