This is a great product, I was able to do this and put it on top of some rice and I had a fairly healthy lunch in under 3 minutes! It's shelf-stable, so I can stash it in my office at work. It's also really helpful for folks with ADHD, depression, disabilities, etc. who need a quick meal without worrying about cooking or food going bad or anything. The only downside I have is that it's not spicy at all, but that could make it more accessible for some folks. Will be buying this in the future.
