I absolutely love my retractable hose (130' sage green)! My garden areas are about 75' apart so this hose allows me to water both areas with a minimum of effort. Also, huge timesaver having the retractable hose roll itself back up!

I recently retired and want to spend more of my free time in the garden. Hated the chore of wrestling the heavy, dirty hose across the yard and back after watering. Loved the ease and simplicity of the retractable reel so much that we bought two more! Game-changer!! I can save these tired old hands for planting, harvesting and fun stuff. (Bonus that we can mount them different ways and they come in different colors. Incognito and sturdy!)

While I appreciate the retraction and the longer length I am extremely dissapointed that the hose kinks and the knozzle leaks. It started leaking around the sprayer, now it leaks around the on/off lever so I need to turn it off at the house as soon as I am done because the on/off lever no longer works. I have only been using this hose since mid july.

I love this hose reel It works just like it is supposed to. I love the ease of use as I have a large flower garden that here it Florida has to be water 2 x a day. I no longer have to pick up and wrap up the old heavy hose Just pull out and it stays put and the you just pull to release and it goes right back to the reel Thank you for a great product
