I have had this bag only 3 months and the fabric hook for the long strap has now torn so I am very disappointed. This the first time I have ever had a Vera Bradley bag tear up from normal wear. I loved the bag so it is very disappointing for me to have to replace it

Not liking this bag. The strap is thick and rubs the neck. The bag is deep and not holding as many items as I thought it would. Not enough pockets. I love my Vera products and will continue to purchase but I didn't like this bag. It's not good for travel at all.
