Versed Back-Up Plan Acne-Control Body Mist - 3 fl oz

I have always had issues is hormonal acne on my back and chest. This product seems to be working great 👍

This cleared up my back acne by roughly 90% in about 4-6 weeks.

I’ve struggled with body acne since I was a kid (chest and back) and these recent inventions of spray treatment 🙌 So the first kind I tried was Bliss. I LOVED this one. It was easy to spray. Somehow the package was kind of like a toothpaste tube but with a spray pump so… idk how this amazing packaging works but once I couldn’t get more spray I didn’t hear extra liquid. This product worked amazingly (5*). Second one I tired was the Neutrogena… uh… i didn’t notice any difference and the spray literally made me choke every time I used it. I didn’t even finish my bottle bc of this only used maybe half and tossed it. Something in there is very chemical-y. It wasn’t the smells that made me choke it was the actual spray in the air. So weird. (1*) Now Versed. This one is a 1-3 times a day spray. I do twice a day. I’ve definitely noticed it helping but not AS well as the Bliss spray. I don’t notice a smell, it doesn’t make me choke. And has some kind of contraption inside the bottle (you can see if you peel the cover back) that I assume has to do with the fact that this is an environmentally friendly aerosol spray (kudos to Versed for this!) that sprays at any angle so makes it super easy to get all those hard to reach back places. When you peel the label back and see the contraption at the bottom of the bottle, you will also learn that this bottle is maybe only 1/3 of the way full which is the main reason I knocked some stars off. Being as expensive as this is, it should come with more. Yea, I understand the OZ is on the bottle but when you cover the bottle so you can’t see it’s insides makes it very deceiving bc I’m not sure how many people actually look at the oz when they’re buying a bottle of something as they assume they’re getting a whole bottle. Some people in the reviews I read previously also were saying their bottle hardly sprays. It explains this bottle has a very fine mist. It meant to hardly spray. It’s not wasting product and it’s using a safe aerosol spray technique so I think that probably has to do something with that. But trust me, it is spraying. It is just very fine as they state so you don’t feel it much. The spray doesn’t leave any sticky residue, dries very quickly, and doesn’t leave anything on or stain your clothes. (I’d give 3.5 stars if I could.) I will stick with either this one or the Bliss- depending on which one I’m able to get in store when I need more.

I'm reviewing after using two bottles of this spray. The first one didn't work do much for my bacne, so I finished up the bottle using it on my t-zone. It seemed to work well for clearing up my blackheads and breakouts in those areas. Unfortunately, my second bottle seemed to be a dud. So innective that it makes me question whether there were actually any actives in it at all. It did nothing to clear me up, and I'm no stranger to SA. I know how it should be working and how long it should take to clear acne, etc. I wouldn't buy this again.

Replaced my Murad Clarifying Body Spray, which was $42!!! I can’t skip a day and make sure to spray it in full coverage twice a day, but it doesn’t amount to what I was spending before 🙏

Nice bottle, love the continuous mist. Works well, but it’s not a miracle product on its own.

It helped some, but my biggest complaint is that it’s close enough to $20 and the bottle isn’t even completely full. It looks like someone used half of the bottle before I bought it. Definitely feel kind of cheated.

So I debated for about a week on which back acne mist to try as I saw there were a few on the market. Finally decided to give this one a try and I must say, the reviews weren’t lying, it definitely has improved bumps on my back. Not so much on my chest (hence the 4 stars) but maybe I have to give it time!! No strong fragrance and doesn’t leave you sticky. Happy I tried this one!

Very poorly packaged. Bought the first bottle and had to return because it wouldn’t spray. Bought another bottle and it barely sprayed.

After a week of constant use I've definitely seen an improvement of blemishes on my chest and back! I cannot deny that this product works for me so far. I didn't realize I was using so much of it, 3oz goes pretty fast if you're applying 3x a day as suggested on packaging. I'd pay a little extra if it meant we got a bigger bottle, for now I'm not complaining. I've struggled with blemished skin for 15 years now and this has shown drastic results.

I bought this one time and it helped my back clear up drastically. I wasn’t crazy about how expensive it was in comparison to similar products, so for the past year I’ve tried different products. It was a mistake. Definitely will be switching back to this it was the only thing to clear me up completely!

Be patient with the results. It took several months for this product to really work for me, but once it did the improvement was huge! Within a few weeks, I was noticing less redness/inflammation, and after a few months the amount of back acne i had was drastically reduced. Also you only need to use a very small amount. My bottle has lasted me for multiple months with twice daily use.

Cleared up my chest breakout in 1 day!

I haven’t had product too long yet to get a full review but so far I would say it helps with inflammation but not really deterring or getting rid of acne. It does make your skin dry so be cautious of that!

I am very sensitive to my bacne issue. At over 40, this has been a struggle for over 20 years. This spray has worked great for me. I’ve noticed a significant difference and it’s very easy to apply.

Love the non-aerosol mist! It's really easy to spray on to my backside, which tends to get a little acne. The formula doesn't dry out my skin either, and I use it twice a day.

I wanted to love this product because of all the good reviews, and in recent years, I've transitioned most of my skincare to Versed so I trusted the brand. Unfortunately, not only did my body acne did not clear up after using it for 3 weeks, I also got rashes on the areas that I used the spray. And as soon as I stopped using the product, the rashes went away.

it’s kind of wild to me how well this works. my partner has tried so many products to use on his back… this is the only one that has ever done anything. his back is completely clear AND he can apply it easily on his own. we’ve already repurchased.
