Improved my dogs kidney values!
I started putting my dog on Kidney Essentials in July 2024, for early stage kidney disease. After using it for 6mos, combined with a kidney friendly diet, and naraquin, my 12 year old dogs blood test results were much improved. She didn't even have any protein in her urine. I am very happy we found this supplement. My vet hadn't even suggested it.

This review is part of a free sample program. I got this for a dog with some issues. I'm not sure if it is working yet (only had for 2 weeks) but so far so good. One plus is that she LOVEs them!

Works great for my dog
My dog had bladder problems with bladder infections and early stone formation. The vet recommended this and after just a couple weeks her urine test came back great. She has been on it for 3 years now with no problems.

Great supplement for dogs with kidney function issues.

My vet recommended Renal Essentials for my 16-year-old miniature dachshund with kidney disease. I am very pleased with the results since she has been on this for 2 months now. Renal Support
First of all, I have always had tremendous luck with Vetriscience products and the renal essentials do not disappoint. I use them for my aging Great Pyr who has multiple myeloma but has been in remission for over 2 years. Check with vet first but the renal essentials as well as bladder strength are great for helping our older pups.

Wish they would not have changed it.
Yes, the pills use to turn to powder easily, but my boy loved the taste. I would just use a 1/2 tsp measuring spoon and sprinkle it on his food and he would clean the bowl (and he gets all home cooking). Now he hates the new harder pills. what ever you are using to make them harder affects the taste. Can't even get him to eat the food I crush them up in. They won't work if he won't take them. I would recomment them before, but not now.

I am new to using this product. My dogs has kidney problems and were just hoping that this works. It was recommended by my vet. My dog goes back in 3 week for a follow up blood work to see if his levels come down normal is 25 and he is at 40. Praying that this works!

a GREAT product !
Our JRT was diagnosed with kidney failure, we were devastated, Our Vet recommended this product and got us our first bottle . I am so happy on how well our JRT is doing on this product! I give it once a day, crumble 1/2 pill on food or dilute with water and give in a syringe(if she won't take it ) I insist she gets it every day. Our vet is equally as happy ! Her appetite is not sometimes not good, so we try anything she will eat, and we can find something for her each day.Thank you for this great product.

These pills dissolve into a powder before you even open the bottle. It smells awful and my dog will not take it.
