Pureté Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel is a gel cleanser formulated with Niacinamide to cleanse impurities and makeup from skin without overdrying or tightness. Dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested, suitable for all skin types.This cleanser is:

How to Use:

- For a boost of hydration, apply our Minéral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Serum after cleansing and follow with Minéral 89 72H Moisture Boosting Cream.
- For optimal results, we recommend using twice daily in the morning and evening.

New Formula!
I recently replenished my face cleanser with this product and had an allergic reaction around my eyes. They became red, itchy and irritated all around. I realize the ingredients/formula have changed and it appears that others have had a similar experience. I have never experienced this with a Vichy product before.

New formula/packaging is not the original
Have used this face cleanser since 2018 religiously. Just got a bottle of the “new” product and it’s horrible. My face had an allergic reaction- especially around my eyes. Never had a problem before and I had great results with this product over the years. Now I have to start from scratch on finding a gentle, foaming cleanser

Changed formula
I have been using this face wash for 7 years every day and I used to love it. It worked perfectly for my skin, not to drying and always helping me clear up any breakouts, which is why it was the only face wash I would buy. Recently they changed the formula, adding/changing some ingredients. Now it has a strong smell and irritates my eyes just a bit. I am extremely disappointed as I’ve been using this product for SEVEN years and now I have to find something new.

My Facial cleanser turned from clear to white!
Hi, I wanted to let you know that my Vichy Pureté Thermale facial cleanser (400 ml) has turned white and I have only used a couple times expiration date 07/26 . Could you please advise if this is normal or if there might be an issue with the product?

Cleansing Gel
It is ok, I prefer the other gel cleanser’s to this one. It smelled better and seemed to suds up much better.

Excessively Drying to the Skin
I’ve been using Vichy faithfully for over 15 years, but no more. This new reformulated cleanser is extremely drying to my skin. The product also is thin. It does produce copious amounts of foam and smells delightful, but that is it. I have since switched to another skin care brand.

Not Like the Previous Version/Formula
The cleansing gel is too watery and feel that my skin is not as clean as the previous version/formula. Will discontinue using it.
