I spent 1 hour putting this chair together for the final screws/nuts to not to work - and yes, I followed the instructions step by step. Also, I decided to put this back together and use my own bolts to "make" it work. I flipped the chair over to sit in it and the entire back of the chair snapped out of place. Also, the chair is SMALL and low to the ground. Not conducive for a large size male to fit in it or for it to sustain him! Maybe a medium size build and/or mom. I am returning for sure!!!!!!!
