Box arrived soaked and open. Screws were loose in the box but all accounted for. When I put it together it was broken and the seat will not lock upright. It falls forward with ease. Not happy with my purchase. I will be seeking a refund or replacement.

Cute Chair but Lacks Support
I was hoping for a substantial chair that wasn’t too bulky. I love the design of this chair as well as the retractable footrest. It was also easy to assemble for the most part. Unfortunately it doesn’t offer much support. The cushion is so thin it nearly disappears underneath you. The adjustable back will not lock in place and some of the screws will not go in completely. The footrest also is a bit short. So it’s a bit flimsy. Unfortunately I will have to return.
