A: This happened to me yesterday and calling that number hasn't yielded ANY help whatsoever!! There is no "team" to contact, just an automated system that doesn't work.

A: Yes, the card information does have the capablity be entered in at check-out, if that retailer permits manual entry.

A: If you buy them in store they activate them at the register .But when you buy online they are supposed to come already loaded ..I recieved two not loaded and was told nothing could be done about it

I bought it and it didn't work i was stock in trying to pay for parking and also for food. Please don't but this product try something else but not this one. I called the company and they didn't now what was wrong with it they say they will send me one in 2 weeks but if I needed the funds today.

Biggest PROBLEM with this card is the strip doesn’t work on 90% of the cards I’ve purchased. I buy these often, out the 3 I bought within the last year only one 1 worked. It’s super annoying being somewhere and it’s keeps getting declined because of this. I then have to place my order through the restaurant or fast food spot app and choose pick-up. The payment will go through but super annoyed. YES, this after the 1 hour wait for the card to be activated. I called customer service and they can do is send a replace card which takes 5-7 days. Pick a different visa card because this will the last time I use this one.

This card gave me so much trouble. I bought and had it activated at the register. Says that it won’t be useable until 60 minutes. Tried using it in store to buy some things. Did not work. Tried again later don’t work again. Looked online if it was even activated at all or had a balance. It says it has a balance and is activated. Tried again. And still wouldn’t work In store and online. So don’t buy this gift. I don’t know if it was faulty but don’t buy. You will probably encounter these problems too.

Bought this gift card as a gift to a friend, along with another 100 dollars prepaid cost card. Was told by the friend that there’s zero balance inside the gift card. Called target, they instructed us to call the Visa card and offered no refund and no help. Looking at the reviews, it seems like there are huge issues with this particular gift card. Target still carry it and sell it to us, and let customer suffer from the malfunctioning card and yet offered no refund.

The Visa card did not work at all. It was activated but disabled and not able to be used. The only resolution available is to put in a complaint and request for a new card by calling the 800 number on the card, which is going to take a long time to receive. Target would not refund the card and could not do anything to help.

The card does not bring CVV so it can’t be used. Neither target customer service not Red cArd department offer Returns, exchange or any way to solve the situation. With all the bad reviews is absolutely clear that something weird and fraudulent is happening, Target should stop selling this. VISA offered to verify the case and give me a “response” in 30 business days. Totally unaceptable.

I bought this for my daughter to use while on a school trip so she could buy her daily lunches. NO ONE IS ACCEPTING THIS CARD because it doesn't have a chip. The 800 # is worthless. Only pre recorded info, no customer serivce. DO NOT BUY! My kid is stuck across the country with no $ for food!

First it says you can use anywhere Visa is excepted. That is a lie. This gift card is restricted to be used on many websites and you care not able to link it to any external accounts to be used that way. I basically have a $200 gift card that I cant use where it says Visa gift cards are accepted.
