Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the production of energy from fats and proteins.* Vitamin B-12 is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells.* In addition, adequate intake of vitamin B-12, along with folic acid and vitamin B-6, is critical for the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, thereby supporting a healthy cardiovascular system.* While B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy). Therefore, supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for strict vegetarians.

Tastes Terrible
Not sure what to write but I do not like the taste at all. It is sweetened with Stevia (ick). That was my fault for not looking at the ingredients prior to purchase. Aside from that it still tastes terrible. I also don't like the fact that you take 1/4 of a tsp and have to "hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds" before swallowing? What is that all about? I just want to swallow and get on with it.

This tastes like cough syrup and is hard to swallow. Don't recommend!

Seems good....
I've never used B-12 before but decided to see if it would give me a boost. I thought the liquid would be the best delivery system. The taste is fine; not horrible as some reviewers said. I think I'm getting some extra energy. It'll take more time to tell (thus the 4 star rating)...

helps my husband and I to get more energy. take as directed only. due to my sensitive body, I take half of a 1/4 t. my husband has no side effect issues so he takes the 1/4 t. For us, it took within a week to a week to work and you can notice a difference in your energy levels. do refrigerate and please shake very well. Do NOT take it straight. put with water. I would recommend to "eat" alittle something before taking also.

Real B-12
I trust NOW on any product, but this B-12 complex is the real deal. Great flavor and just a few drops under the tongue to get the right dose. I find it important to take a vitamin B "complex" containing various B vitamins all at once, since the B vitamins are building blocks when it comes to better energy levels. I turned 50 last year and I have more energy than I did back in my 30's when I didn't take my vitamins!

This is the best B-12 I have found, and I've tried many different ones! The extra B's and other ingredients are a bonus, and I finally have a B-12 that doesn't cause any allergic reaction! It's one thing I make sure not to run out of!

Great Value
My husband has been using a liquid vitamin B supplement for some time. This is a great product at a much lower price in the 8 oz size. We bought a small dropper bottle and refill it to make dosage simpler.

Wrong Product
After using this product for a long time, I was disappointed to learn that the form of B-12 that this formula contains (Cyanocobalamin), will not help with my fatigue! You need to be using the Methylcobalamin form and it should come in a form that can be used sub-lingually.

Good stuff
I have been using this product for quite awhile and I have to say its "good stuff". It is sooooo easy to take. The dropper under the tongue is easy and the taste is good. Doing this daily is my preference, since I'd rather NOT get my B12 by injection at the clinic!
