Q: I’m having an issue with the screws for my stand. The Tv keeps wobbling and leaning forward even after I’ve screwed the screws all the way in. Is this normal or a manufacturing issue I’m so lost on what to do, I can’t even use the tv.

  • A: I had a similar problem I had the screw in slightly crooked causing the 'feet not to be flush with the bottom of the tv. I took them out and screwed these self-tapping screws straight.

  • A: I ended up having to use a drill to secure them because I ran into the same issue. They made it difficult if you’re doing it by hand. So either use a drill or you’re going to have to put all your weight on a Phillips screwdriver.

We have high-speed Internet and every time I try to turn this TV on it takes about five minutes to load and get going. I’ve had to unplug it once because the remotes wouldn’t work to reset it I would never purchase this TV. I will definitely go with a different brand next time.

What happened to their Sound Quality?

We had a 70" before we moved and it was great! So we upgraded the size for our new home and bought 3 others for the bedrooms/office. The sound absolutely SUCKS on ALL of them. It goes from a normal volume to SO LOUD that we're running for the remote. Then it gets incredibly quiet. We vary the volume every day from 13 to 60 depending on what show we're watching. So if the volume is fine on CBS and we turn to NBC, the volume needs to be adjusted. Then a commercial comes on and we're blown thru a wall! If not from a commercial, when the show returns from a commercial, the volume changes AGAIN! Now Vizio can blame streaming services, etc., but this was never an issue with their previous TV's or the other brand of TVs we have/had. Now their just pumping out junk. It's so disappointing! We had bought a sound bar and can't even use it because of the TV volume issues. Look at another brand. If I hadn't had the TV's shipped BEFORE our move, I would have returned all 4!

I bought a Vizio 70 inch Smart TV just over a month ago and I really wish I hadn't. Can't access my Xfinity TV channels. The remote is stupid without volume/mute controls. While the picture is good the rest of the experience is a royal pain filtering through so many different things I don't want to get to what I do. I imagine other smart tv's by other companies are probably pretty similar, but I'll do a LOT more shopping around before I buy another TV and Vizio will be about the last place I look.

We bought the Vizio 55" a few weeks ago to replace the Vizio 55" that had worked great for five years, until it didn't. We were excited to have the same trouble-free viewing pleasure that we had been experiencing. The new 55" has a terrific picture but has frequent problems when changing channels. Almost daily, it won't go from one channel to the next. The only solution seems to be to unplug and plug it in again to allow it to reset.

If not already installed I’d return the TV. Not a sharp picture, color lacks a lot to be desired. Do disappointed as we have 3 other Vizio TV’s and they are very good. Don’t buy this tv. Do not recommend.

It did well for all of a month and now every time we turn it on, it says it can’t connect. Our WiFi isn’t the problem, everything else is still connected and working. I have to switch to a different WiFi connection to basically “refresh it” and get it to work. Sometimes when I turn the tv on, it doesn’t even load the screen and I have to turn it off and on a couple times before it works. Really bummed. TVs aren’t cheap and I thought this was a quality brand.

I disliked it cause I went on app to try and do a return and it says no return and the tv is messed up u can see the picture. It has circles on it and they don’t go away and just got it two days ago and put it up now and get this. Not a happy camper. I brought another tv before and it was good so I brought this 50 inch to have this happen.
