    Don’t buy Universal/ buy from the name brand!

    Now the Real Vizio remote makes all the difference. I bought a universal remote from another Big online shop and it was horrible. Thankfully the inexpensive remote from Vizio is 100% responsive to the buttons when pushed.

    Frustrated Vizio Owner....

    I purchased my Vizio TV in July of 2022. It has a wonderful picture but recently the remote control stopped working. Fresh Batteries and unplugging the TV didn't help. I purchased a new Remote Control and the same thing is happening again. In order to get the Sound to go up or down, I have to unplug the TV and Re-Start it in order to get the remote to control the sound. This is a brand new remote!!!

    Replacement remotes

    We have 3 visio t.v.s.upstairs. My new standard poodle ate 2 of the remotes. The replacement remotes were reasonably priced and work perfectly. I am thankful.

    Vizio remote.

I bought about 5+ different ones and couldn't get them to work on the TV. My son told me try Vizio. I did and am thankful. Even though the TV is 12 years old I didn't want to get rid of it because it still works perfectly. Thank you Vizio

    Replaced remote

I like having the quick access buttons for Netflix and Prime Video. It makes it easy to just click a button then to search for the those apps once set up.

    Got fooled.

    I didn’t need to replace the remote because as I found out too late, the problem is with the Vizio tv set, not the remote. Wasted $$ on the remote.
