    I lost the original remote to the Vizio television and need to connect to my home WiFi so I can pair my phone with the television to use the apps on it with the Vizio App. When I contacted Vizio their AI assist said this remote will work for what I need so I ordered the remote. The menu button does not work with my television and I have yet to connect the television to my home WiFi. I’m getting frustrated with the process and contemplating on ever getting any Vizio products in the future.

    I have another brand remote with no numeric keys. Navigating the channel lineup is a dreary chore. I love that with the Vizio remote I can key in a number; is it that the other manufacturer simly thinks I can't remember where my preferences are to be found and I must therefore scroll?
