I love that the women’s multi contains important vitamins and minerals that women need—particularly folic acid & iron. It’s definitely a portable & convenient way to get your vitamins without having to swallow pills or lug around a bottle of supplements.

These Orange Guava flavored effervescent tablets not only taste good, but also provide me the vitamins I need daily. Plus they are low calorie and contain zero sugar. I can simply pop a tablet into my water and then enjoy a super delicious Orange Guava sparkling vitamin experience! I love that effervescent tablet can be dissolved in water and makes flavorful drink that provides much needed daily nutrients including B complex vitamins and iron, . This is delicious way of taking women's multi vitamin. Never going back to old pills again. This sugar free and low calorie fizzy drink is my way of taking my multivitamins.

I struggle with low calcium and iron, so prior to starting VOOST, I was taking pills which I am not a fan of. I don’t even feel like I am taking a multivitamin now. Plus it meets my personal nutrition goals with being a sugar free, low calorie drink mix. If you’re like me and don’t like taking pills but want the benefits of a multivitamin, I encourage you to try VOOST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Beauty(strawberry Kiwi) and Womens Multi (Orange Guava), I used one effervescent tablet in a larger bottle of water because I don't like strong tasting flavors in water. The orange was a little tart for my liking but the strwaberry kiwi was very good and refreshing. I tried it a second time using half from each flavor and it was really really good. You do have to break the tablets up to get them in your water bottle but that's not a big deal. I'd keep drinking these I just wish the sodium was a bit lower.

The effervescent tablets are convenient to carry around & pop in a bottle of water on the go. I love the orange guava flavor. It’s light, perfectly citrusy, & flavorful without being too sweet, or an artificial aftertaste. You can also tweak the flavor to your liking by adding more or less water. It dissolves smoothly with no chunks or grit. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks daily now. I’d highly recommend!
