Weighing in at a mere 8.2 pounds, the Tail Spin is one of the most portable and compact electric skateboards on the market. The skateboard has its battery and electronics integrated right inside the deck, and the motor is integrated into the wheel, allowing the board to maintain a sleek form factor. Q: Why won't it turn on. Charged for 3 hours, press the power button on board, but will not turn on. 2nd one as well.

A: Same with us. Huge disappointment for a Christmas gift that won’t work. We replaced it and the second board was defective too. 3rd times a charm- sending the second board to the manufacturer for replacement. Waiting in mail for the 3rd board, may just move on to another brand after this.

Don't buy it!!
I bought 2 of these for my 10 year old twin boys. They got them for Christmas. They were very disappointed when neither one would work. I mean I can understand 1 being defective, but both of them?? We plugged them up, charged them, but still nothing. So I had to take gifts that were from “Santa” back to the store. So I told them that target helps santa out and has people drop toys the elves messed up on there for Santa to pick up. I mean they aren’t dumb, and we’re already questioning me about Santa in the first place. So that sucks, but I figured this was our last year where they believed in Santa anyways. I would have been really upset if they were younger, and this happened. So just save your self the headache and get a different one. Even if this one is on sale for a really good price! It’s not worth it. I got a refund and went and got them a more expensive one that works great.

What is the problem with this product?? I see several reviews citing the same issue — it won’t power on. This is the second one I purchased and it has the same problem. If there is this much of an issue with a product, why keep selling it? Complete junk and many disappointed kids who got these as gifts. Terrible.

Broken when received
