So I was having some minor left shoulder pain after I get off from work. Mind you I'm sitting mostly at a desk for 7-8 hours a day. I love this product. So easy to use and tried the different speeds of massage. Well made product and love the interchangeable heads plus the heat!! I just bought this massager to work out a sore muscle in my back. The pathetic attempt of this thing to vibrate is embarrassing. One would be better suited setting their phone to vibrate and calling themselves every so often.
